To Begin:

Select a muscle
-Start with path "A" (middle) and work 1 second per inch from one joint to the next
-Firm pressure without pain(Pain causes tension, the goal is getting deep into the fiber)
-Delay on "knots", or tender areas, to roll back-and-forth 3-4 times with a bit more pressure
-Repeat for paths "B" and "C"((45deg off-center)
-Repeat for other muscles needing attention
